1973 - Tom Spencer accepted Jesus as Lord at the age of 15.
1974 - Tom Spencer was called into ministry in Kansas.
1976 - Finished High School in Kansas. Worked at Silver Dollar City MO.
1977 - Ordained into ministry in Kansas, finished Junior College.
1980 - Finished Bible College in Springfield Missouri.

1981 - Ministered full time to 22 denominational youth groups in San Diego California.
1986 - Ministered full time with Home Group development in Spokane Washington.
1988 - Established a 30 member Home Group in Kent Washington.
1989 - Hired by Casey Treat to lead 250 Home Groups in Western Washington.
1990 - 1991 help to establish three new ministries from Casey Treat Ministries.
1992 - Tom understood his specific calling as an Establisher.
1993 - Established a House Ministry “The Family Church” in Washington, launched 
from Casey's Ministry.
1993 - 1998 Established 30 “House Ministries” in Federal Way, Kent, Burien, Puyallup, Edgewood, and Tacoma's; North Side, Old Town, Hill Top and Pacific Ave.
1997 - Prayed the prayer of Nehemiah 9:32-38 over Tacoma and then Tom was instructed by the Lord to "Glean" what he could and flee Tacoma.
1999 - The “House Ministry” was dismantled.
2000 - Tom's wife of 20 years left him and he went through a "Job's Trial".
2001 - Tom Re-Opened Moving Made Easy married Sandy and both started six years of healing and restoration.
2003 – Tom & Sandy went back to school in Internet Marketing & WebSite construction, established TheBibleGuy.com focusing on discipleship & "Through The Bible Seminars".
2005 - Tom was impressed by the Lord to "Get his house in order" to prepare for The Lord’s next step in ministry.
2006 - Tom was called back to reenter Tacoma Washington after 10 years.
2006 - Tom and Sandy experienced restoration with Mike Riches ministry Destiny City Church and its Sister Ministry the Crossings Church in Tacoma.
2007 - Ministering in Tacoma, The Bible Guy Web Sight was "branded" on the side of the PT Cruiser and the Holy Spirit rekindled the "Flame" for small group discipleship.
2007 - December, Tom waiting on the Lord and “testing” several avenues.

2008 - Ministry name added "Neighborhood Ministries" and first "Jump Start with

Discipleship” Seminar launching 22 new trained disciplers.  Ministering Discipleship on GodTube: a free online video web sight.

2009 – Focused on Moving Made Easy while navigating through tough economic times.  GodTube going through an identity crises has changed its name to “Tangle“, blogging the Zondervan Bible RV going through Washington State plus participating in a first time Shelby Kennedy Foundation National Bible Bee. Our little group placed 3 youth out of 17,000 in the finals in Washington DC!

2010 – Launched the Internet Marketing Company with TheWebinator.com & TheWebinatorDomains.com building the City of Enumclaw its own Business Index EnumclawBusiness.com, our goal was to become a trusted voice in the community.

2010 – July promoted Creation 2010 in Enumclaw, over 25,000 Christians at our Expo Center for 4 days with over 40 bands worshiping our Lord!

2011 – Started meeting with a small group of Christian men every Wednesday night for prayer & discipleship.  Creation is returning to Enumclaw & our group will lead the way in prayer.
